The final registrations will be carried out via physical delivery of the following documents personally by the candidate to the Institute of Natural and Applied Sciences. Candidates whose documents are missing, do not meet the required qualifications, or do not match the information they have declared will not be registered.

1- Identity Card or Passport

       Note–1: In case of registration with passport, clear photocopies of the following pages are required:

2- Identification photo (must be taken within the last 6 months)

3- Student Information Form (available on the Web page of the Institute, and this form must be completed, signed, and delivered.) 

        Note-1:  Conditional registration is made until the response of the School Recognition Certificate which our institute will request from YOK.

        Note-2: The Final registrants must submit a residence permit with education visa issued by the Provincial Police Department within 1 month at the latest. 

        Note-3: C1 certificate is not required for those who have completed sub-education in Turkey according to the program they applied for. Master and doctorate candidates whose applications are accepted must upload a document showing that they know Turkish at least C1 level. Candidates whose applications accepted are dismissed from the institute if they cannot obtain a document showing that they know Turkish at least C1 level within one year at the latest. 

4- ESOGU Student Clarification Text of the Final Registration Process for Graduate Programs (This document must be read, filled, and signed).

5- ESOGU Student Explicit Consent Form of the Final Registration Process for Graduate Programs (Only Persons with Disability Report will fill it out if they wish).

6- Diploma or Graduation Certificate (The original and photocopy of the document used for application)

7- Transcript (The original and photocopy of the document used for application)

8- Foreign Language Exam Result (The original and photocopy of the document used for application)  

1- Final registration is not accepted via e-mail, mail or fax. The final registrations will be carried out personal application of the candidate with required physical documents. 

2- In case of missing documents final registration is not made.

3- Candidates who do not complete the final registration process between the announced dates cannot claim any rights.   

4- Those who are enrolled in another Master's with thesis or Doctorate program and who have been accepted to a Master's with Thesis or Doctorate program in our institute must not be registered in other higher education institutions in order to be able to make their final enrollment to our institute. The final registration approval will not be made for those who appear to be enrolled in another master's with thesis or doctoral program during the control at the final registration stage. In this situation, candidates cannot claim any rights.

5- Documents without seal/signature/approval of the relevant institution are not accepted.

Kesin kayıt hakkı kazanan adaylar, aşağıdaki belgeler ile Fen Bilimleri Enstitüsüne şahsen başvurmalılardır. Belgeleri eksik olan, istenilen nitelikte olmayan veya beyan ettiği bilgilerle uyuşmayan adayların kayıtları yapılmaz.   

1- Kimlik Belgesi veya Pasaport

2- Vesikalık Fotoğraf (Son 6 ay içerisinde çekilmiş vesikalık fotoğraf olmalıdır)

3- Öğrenci Bilgi Formu (Enstitü web sayfasında mevcut olup, bu form doldurulup imzalanarak teslim edilmelidir.) 

Not–1: Enstitümüzün YÖK'ten isteyeceği Okul Tanıma Belgesinin cevabı gelene kadar şartlı kayıt yapılır.

Not–2: Kesin kayıt yaptıranların en geç 1 ay içinde İl Emniyet Müdürlüğünce verilen öğrenim vizeli ikametgâh tezkeresi getirmeleri gerekmektedir.   

Not–3: Başvurusu kabul edilen yüksek lisans ve doktora adaylarından başvurduğu programa göre bir alt eğitimini Türkiye’de tamamlamış olanlardan ve İngilizce programlara kabul edilenlerden C1 belgesi istenmez.  Kayıt hakkı kazanan adayların en az C1 düzeyinde Türkçe bildiklerini gösteren bir belgeyi en geç bir yıl içerisinde Enstitüye sunmaları gerekir, aksi takdirde Enstitüyle ilişikleri kesilir.

4- ESOGÜ Lisansüstü Kesin Kayıt Süreci Öğrenci Aydınlatma Metni (Bu belge okunmalı, doldurulmalı ve imzalanmalıdır.)

5- ESOGÜ Lisansüstü Kesin Kayıt Süreci Öğrenci Açık Rıza Metni (Sadece Engelli Raporu olanlar isterlerse dolduracaktır) 

6- Diploma ya da Mezuniyet Belgesi (Başvuruda kullanılan belgenin aslı ve fotokopisi)

7- Transkript (Başvuruda kullanılan belgenin aslı ve fotokopisi) 8- Yabancı Dil Sonuç Belgesi (Başvuruda kullanılan belgenin aslı ve fotokopisi)  

1- e-posta, posta ve faks gibi yollarla kesin kayıt işlemi yapılmaz. Kesin kayıtlar adayın kendisinin gerekli belgeleri sunması ile yüz yüze yapılacaktır.

2- Belgelerin eksik olması durumunda kesin kayıt yapılmaz.

3- İlan edilen tarihler arasında kesin kayıt işlemini tamamlamayan adaylar hiçbir hak iddia edemez. 

4- Başka bir Tezli Yüksek Lisans veya Doktora programında kaydı olup Enstitümüzde Tezli Yüksek Lisans veya Doktora programı kazananların Enstitümüze kesin kayıtlarının yapılabilmesi için diğer Yükseköğretim Kurumlarında kayıtlarının olmaması gerekir. Kesin kayıt aşamasında yapılacak kontrolde başka bir tezli yüksek lisans veya doktora programında kayıtlı gözükenlerin kesin kayıt onayı yapılmayacaktır. Bu durumdaki adaylar hiçbir hak iddia edemezler.   

5- İlgili kurumun mühür/imza/onayı olmayan belgeler kabul edilmez.  

 

NOT: Uluslararası öğrenciler için 2023-2024 akademik yılında 1 yarıyıl için öğrenim ücreti:  Türkçe programların  4500 TL, İngilizce programların  6750 TL dir.
