History

The higher education institutions in our country were reorganized under Law No. 2547 on Higher Education, published on November 6, 1981, and Law No. 2809, dated March 28, 1983. These regulations mandated that graduate education and training activities previously conducted within faculty structures be carried out by institutes affiliated with university rectorates. Our institute, established in 1983, has been operating under Eskişehir Osmangazi University following the restructuring of higher education institutions in Eskişehir as per Decree-Law No. 496, dated August 13, 1993.

Within these departments, a total of 56 graduate programs are offered, including 30 master’s programs (two in English), three coursework-based master’s programs, and 23 doctoral programs (one in English).
